VamosVentures is a Los Angeles-based impact venture capital fund focused on investing in diverse teams with a focus on Latinx entrepreneurs. Our goals are (i) market-rate returns and (ii) social impact through wealth creation, social mobility, and unique tech-driven solutions to challenges persistent in diverse communities.

We are living through many drastic changes. One of them is demographic. By 2043, over 50% of all Americans will be diverse. There is a growing pipeline of diverse tech entrepreneurs with vision, passion, and talent – yet, only 2% of VC dollars fund founders of color due to biases and pattern matching, creating a market inefficiency.  VamosVentures’ mandate is to invest in, and partner with scalable companies led by diverse teams addressing a meaningful market need. While we seek diverse teams broadly, we focus on the Latinx demographic because it is the largest, high-growth, young and most entrepreneurial minority group in the USA.

Led by a team of experienced fund managers and tech entrepreneurs, the fund’s target size is $25 to $50mm with target returns of 30% IRR.
