Bryan Welch

Bryan has enjoyed a four-decade career as the chief executive of impact companies in the media, technology, agriculture and food-processing industries. For 19 years he ran the founding B Corp Ogden Publications and led the media company to grow revenues 15x through organic expansion, new product development and acquisitions. Its flagship brand, Mother Earth News, was the fastest-growing magazine in the US for several years running in the 2000s. He has a Master's Degree from Harvard University and was a recipient of the B Corps' Hal Taussig Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014.

Today Bryan coaches and mentors CEOs who are motivated by their personal values and passions to improve their companies, their communities and the world. His award-winning book, Beautiful and Abundant: Building the World We Want appeared in 2011 and his new book, The Gift of a Broken Heart, came out in 2026.
