Kate Huntington

Kate is a Managing Director and Head of the Advisory Solutions Group at Fiduciary Trust International. Her group provides ultra-high-net-worth clients with comprehensive wealth planning, multi-family office services and customized investment strategies. She is known for her work in impact investing, and particularly for building specialized impact portfolios for clients who want their capital to deliver both financial returns and measurable social and environmental results.

Kate has more than two decades of experience in investment research and economic analysis. She spent fifteen years at Athena Capital Advisors, rising to Vice President of Research, and joined Fiduciary Trust when the firm acquired Athena. That acquisition closed in early March 2020. Earlier in her career she was a consultant at the economics consulting firm LECG, a Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates and an Analyst at Stonebridge Associates. Kate holds an MBA in Finance from Yale University and a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
