Kristin Carroll
Kristin Carroll is an experienced CEO, advisor, and impact business leader who has spent her career at the intersection of growth, capital, ownership, and positive social change. Her experience spans the NYC advertising world, nonprofit leadership, and a high-growth tech company that scaled from start-up through an NYSE IPO and ultimately a $1 billion private equity acquisition — giving her a firsthand view of how capital, ownership, operator priorities, and impact can align or collide through growth.
Most recently, Kristin spent more than a decade as CEO of Rescue Agency, a behavior change marketing company focused on improving public health outcomes. During her tenure, Rescue grew from $7 million to $100 million in revenue, appeared on the Inc. 5000 nine times, and was repeatedly recognized as a Real Leaders Top Impact Company as well as being named a Forbes Small Giant and B Corp Best for the World honoree. She also led Rescue’s transition from private ownership to an employee-owned company through an ESOP, enabling its employees to share in the value they create.
Today, Kristin is the founder and CEO of Kaiho Advisory, where she advises purpose-driven companies while developing tools and systems that help leaders strengthen their economic engines and increase positive impact as they grow.
