Second Annual Awards Rank Fast-Growing Companies That Are Making the Biggest Positive Impact on Their Communities and the World.

This marks the second year for The Real Leaders Impact Awards, the premier ranking of companies making a positive impact on their communities and the world. In 2020, the list took on a decidedly larger and more global scale, and the new rankings showcase the breadth, growth, and evolution of the impact economy.
Among this year’s top-ranked companies are Tesla, which challenged the legacy auto industry to embrace cleaner electric technology and is now the most valuable carmaker in the country; Unilever, the global consumer product giant, committed to ensuring that all its plastic packaging will be reusable, recyclable, or compostable by 2025; and Vestas, a leading wind turbine manufacturer with installations in more than 80 countries.
Formerly known as the RealLeaders 100, these awards honor companies that exemplify a new vision of capitalism — one that recognizes that doing good and adhering to key international sustainable development goals is also good for profits and growth. Big Path Capital and Real Leaders have developed the “MO (Momentum) Score” to analyze and rank each company’s positive impact. This metric utilizes data from key social impact assessments as well as company growth and revenue figures to calculate their “force for good.”

The Real Leaders Impact Awards Gala will be hosted on May 12th during the Momentum Summit which takes place from May 12-13, 2020, in Portland, Oregon. The gala will convene over 200 positive impact, high-growth CEOs to celebrate the honorees and host key discussions on advancing the global impact economy.
