A Note From Kristin Remenschneider, Project Manager

It felt especially meaningful to gather for this year’s MO Summit during B Corp Month, a time to recognize businesses that are redefining how profit and purpose can work together. When so much feels uncertain, the role of business as a force for good has never felt more important, or more necessary.

We were truly overwhelmed by the response and grateful to welcome a sold-out group of impact leaders from around the world. Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a memorable experience.

Following MO, our team gathered in person for the first time in over a year! As a group that works virtually across the country, it was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect. I’m incredibly proud of what we’re building together and grateful to be part of a team and a community committed to driving meaningful change.

Reflecting on a Sold-Out MO Summit

The 2026 MO Summit took place March 16 to 18 in Asheville, North Carolina, welcoming 150+ impact leaders from high-growth companies around the world. This year’s theme, Clarity in Chaos, invited us to explore what it means to build resilient businesses in an increasingly complex moment. We heard thoughtful perspectives, exchanged ideas, and challenged one another to lead with intention.

The conversations shared at this year’s event have us looking forward to MO 2027, which will take place in Asheville from April 12-14, 2027. Stay tuned for an announcement on registration in the coming weeks!

What MO Attendees Are Saying

“At MO Summit 2026, we experienced something rare: clarity in the midst of noise. A community of CEOs and leaders committed not only to growth, but to contribution. What inspired us most were the people. Their level of consciousness, their commitment to responsible capitalism, and their determination to build companies that truly serve the world. Experiences like this remind us of something essential: The future will not be shaped by the biggest companies… but by the most conscious ones.” — Dr. Robert Wright, LiveWright

“The #MOSummit was a peek into the future of business – where impactful leaders are creating solutions for strong communities, resilient food systems, and business creates better living for everyone.” — Katie Smith, Wild Path Consulting

“This week I went to the MO Summit … and it was a welcome reminder about why this kind of gathering matters. I was named to the MO 100 list of Impact CEOs, which is an honor I’m still sitting with. But what sticks with me more than the recognition is the people. Room after room of business owners and leaders doing real work, work that prioritizes people and the planet, not just the bottom line. … Grateful for the recognition, and more grateful for the reminder that this work is happening everywhere — in a lot of different forms, by a lot of different hands.” — Brandy Hall, Shades of Green Permaculture

“Sometimes it feels like your business is on an island, insisting that you can run a successful business while also considering all stakeholders, not just shareholders. Being surrounded by other CEO’s with a similar ethos is inspiring.” — Neela Hummel, Abacus Wealth Partners

“It was so great to hear from everybody and swap stories about how they’re navigating everything from economic headwinds to AI, and to see and recognize in each other shared resilience at a time when it’s important to model this behavior for others.” — Simon Mainwaring, We First
